Standard Benefits
All sponsors will receive the following benefits in addition to those outlined in the individual packages:
- Recognition as a sponsor in the Conference Program booklet
- Recognition as a sponsor in the sponsor page of the official Conference website, including a hyperlink to the organization's home page
- Acknowledgement as a sponsor on the official sponsor acknowledgment board onsite at the Conference
- Use of the conference logo until the end of April 2016

Diamond
Price on Request
- Verbal acknowledgement as the Diamond Sponsor during the opening and closing sessions

Platinum

- Verbal acknowledgement as the Platinum Sponsor during the opening and closing sessions
- Exhibit space during the conference
- Opportunity to provide a freestanding banner positioned at the conference dinner
- Opportunity to provide a freestanding banner positioned near the speaker’s podium for the duration of the conference
- Recognition as a Platinum sponsor on the official Conference website
- Sponsor logo larger than all gold sponsor logos
- Full page advertising space in the Program booklet
- 100 word profile in the Program booklet
- Up to three (3) organization-provided items to be inserted in the conference bag
- Three (3) conference delegate registrations

- Sponsor logo larger than all palladium sponsor logos
- Half-page advertising space in the Program booklet
- 75 word profile in the Program booklet
- Up to two (2) organization-provided items to be inserted in the conference bag
- Two (2) conference delegate registrations
- Delegate list supplied one week prior to the conference
Diamond Package Details
Events to sponsor with a Diamond Package will include:
- Welcome reception: € 7000
- Evening reception at the poster session: € 10000
- Conference dinner: € 15000
- Additional social event: € 9000
- Best paper awards: € 4000
In addition the Diamond sponsor may choose to sponsor the poster session. As a poster session sponsor you will receive:
- the opportunity to provide a freestanding banner that will be positioned in a prominent location at the poster venue
- two (2) poster locations to position a promotional poster (supplied by the sponsor)
- two (2) complimentary passes for guests to attend the sponsored poster session

- Recognition as a Palladium sponsor on the official Conference website
